How it Works

Zapps Wholesale is a wholesale liquidator, sourcing products from the biggest retailers in the world. Our merchandise is clean and untouched, ranging from overstock and box damage to returns and salvage items. We have many ways to shop with us: Auctions, Live Sales, Showroom, and Truckload Sales.

Auctions

Zapps Wholesale posts regularly where you can bid on items starting at $50, from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Visitors can view the available auction lots, but cannot bid until registered on the website. Please click Register to create an account and store a card on file for quick bidding and to win auction items. We strive to create a simple, yet fun bidding experience for you as our valued customer.

Live Sales

We go live multiple times throughout the week so you can see the pallets and claim them live on Facebook. Join our Facebook group and turn on your notifications so that you do not miss a live sale.

Showroom Sales

Our Showroom is open 3 days a week- Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9am-4pm. Come visit us in our Showroom and consult one of our Sales Associates to learn more about how we can help you.

Truckload Sales

We sell by the Truckload to resellers to assist in sourcing small businesses around the world. If you are interested in receiving inventory by the truckload, email us at truckloads@zappswholesale.com.

We do our absolute best to show the condition of the items in the photos we provide and you will see details about the lot within the description.

Items must be picked up within 1 week of auction close; you will receive an email with a link to schedule your pickup date and time

If you do not pick up within 1 week, your auction item will be sent back to auction or resold. You will not receive a refund; Please schedule a date and time via the email upon end of the auction

Terms & Conditions

Our merchandise comes in a variety of conditions. We want our buyers to be fully informed on what they’re buying before they purchase. We list all conditions below but first read the terms and conditions of the sale.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS IS, WITH NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES OFFERED OR GIVEN. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT SOME MERCHANDISE MAY BE SALVAGE, STORE RETURNS, OR OTHER SIMILAR SECOND HAND AND OR POSSIBLY DAMAGED OR UNSELLABLE MERCHANDISE. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND ZAPPS WHOLESALE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED OR THAT THE ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE SUITABLE FOR PURCHASER’S NEEDS.

Do not bid if you are unable to pick up your items. All items purchased must be picked up within one week of winning the item/s during our hours of operation at our warehouse facility. Absolutely no refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to failure to pick up. Items will be considered abandoned if not picked up with one week and Purchaser forfeits items, therefore giving sole discretion to Zapps Wholesale.

Item Conditions

Please read the different types of product conditions below:

•Overstock/Box Damage - items have never been opened, are fully functional and retail-ready. They possess all manufacturer advertised qualities and features. These items are shipped in original retail packaging, which may show signs of wear. These products can include overstock items, excess inventory, closeout merchandise and shelf pulls.

•Un-Inspected Returns - items that were returned to a retailer by a customer for a number of reasons, from functionality impacting defects to buyer remorse. Therefore, most items are in fine working order and are retail-ready while some are not fully functional. These items may also have cosmetic issues, including dents, scratches, and signs of age. Depending on the retailer’s return policy, they may show considerable signs of use and handling. These items often do not come with all manuals and/or supplementary accessories or parts. Most Un-Inspected Returns ship in original retail packaging, which may show signs of wear.

Scratch & Dent - items have cosmetic issues and/or functionality defects. We cannot guarantee that these items will be fully functional. These items often do not come with manuals, batteries, chargers and/or supplementary accessories. Please refer to the condition notes on the manifest for details. Scratch & Dent items may ship in non-retail packaging.

•Salvage items - are non-functional and/or have substantial cosmetic defects. Generally, these items either need extensive repair or are used for parts. These items rarely come with manuals, batteries, chargers and/or supplementary accessories. Please refer to the condition notes on the manifest for details. Salvage items may ship in non-retail packaging.

Item Discrepancies

There may be a time when an item description or photo is incorrectly associated with an auction lot. If an item description does not match the lot, you have 14 days from the time of auction ending to bring this to our attention. We will not take any item back if it has been more than 14 days after the auction end date. Also, an item may be listed incorrectly. Zapps Wholesale strives to list items as accurately as possible but if any inaccuracies have been found, please bring them to our attention by emailing us at auctions@zappswholesale.com. Please provide the auction lot # and description of the issue in order for us to best handle updating the auction item.

Limitation of Liability:

The company shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss of profit, interruption of business, or any other special, indirect or incidental damages suffered by the customer. In no event shall the liability of the company exceed the amount of the order applicable to any claim or dispute.

Registration and Bidding

Each user must register on the website to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to these terms and conditions. Before placing bids, please review all auction details before submission as Zapps Wholesale will not edit or delete bids after they have been submitted.

Auction Ending and Extensions

Zapps Wholesale uses a staggered auction system for all items listed. Each item will close on a rolling basis. An item’s closing time may extend if a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the closing time. The length of the extension will be 5 minutes from the point at which the bid was made. Each time a bid is placed with the extension period, the auction will automatically extend for an additional 5 minutes. This is designed to prevent bidders from attempting to steal an item within seconds of close.

Payments and Winning Bids

 When the auction has ended, all winning bidders will be charged to the credit card placed on file at registration. The winning bidder will be charged in full and an invoice will generate and sent via email. Accepted forms of payment include VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Item Pickup/Shipping

All winning bidders must pick up their items during Zapps Wholesale business hours. At that time, the winning bidder must present an invoice (paper or electronic) to show that the items have been paid in full. A valid driver’s license or form of ID must also be shown upon pickup. The winning bidder will receive an email upon auction end that provides a link to schedule a date and time for pickup. Any item that is not picked up within 7 days of auction ending will be forfeited and considered property of Zapps Wholesale and are subject to relisting without a refund at the discretion of Zapps Wholesale.

We do not currently ship auction items. All items must be picked up at our warehouse facility.

Tax Exempt Status

Any bidder that claims to be tax-exempt must provide documentation to auctions@zappswholesale.com prior to placing first bid. A copy of the current state tax-exempt form must be provided and filed BEFORE placing bids. Zapps Wholesale will update the account status when tax-exempt status is confirmed. Until confirmation has occurred, bidder will be charged sales tax accordingly.

Zapps Wholesale Rights Reserved

Zapps Wholesale reserves the right to end, delay, or extend any auction, or pickup date and time, for any reason at any time. Any item may be removed from the auction at any time, without warning, for any reason. Zapps Wholesale also reserves the right to refuse sale, at any time, before payment is made.
